Crooked Crows Return & Exchange Policy Statements

At Crooked Crows we understand everyone is an individual and reacts differently to herbal formulations, that’s why we offer such a generous return policy.

Everyone is unique in every way. Sometimes one will feel the effects of a formulation immediately, in others it may take up to three weeks for the full benefits to reveal themselves.

If after three weeks of use you feel your herbal formulation isn’t working for you, that’s okay. Just send us an email explaining how you feel. We will offer you a different formulation or your purchase refunded*.

If you have concerns or questions regarding how to work an herbal regime into your daily routine, just send us a message; we are here to answer all your questions. Our formulations are blended to deliver results, we are here to advise you on how to get the best out of your experience, tailoring your routine to your desired outcome and providing a helping hand along the way. We encourage you to take advantage of this by emailing with any concerns.

We tend to ship within 24 hours however, it may take up to 1 – 3 Business Days (Mon.- Fri., excluding weekends and federal holidays) for your order to process. This time window does NOT include the shipping method you select at check-out. Please keep this in mind when you make your purchase.

*All returns are subject to a $7.00 fee minus original shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Tarot, Books, Candles, and Accoutrements:

Please contact us by email to make arrangements for your return. We are happy to exchange, or refund* any approved product returned (shipped date) within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected; you may expect your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original form of payment. Please contact us by email to make arrangements for your return with instructions.

Lost Mail Procedure:

If your shipment has been lost in the mail, we refer our customers to their local post office to find out if they may have kept it for unknown reasons or try and explain why it may be taking so long.

You may contact us and we will do what we are able however, Crooked Crows has no control over package delivery after it leaves our nest.

While checking out, keep in mind choosing insurance with your shipment may be worth the additional protection from the “Postal Pixies”. Those darn Pixies create havoc where ever they go.

We do suggest you select the proper shipping features during checkout to ensure your package arrives safely and is protected from the wrath of the unknown.
