Crooked Crows Return & Exchange Policy Statements

If you have purchased hand crafted products from Crooked Crows that do not meet your expectations, we want to continue to provide you a great experience with our company!

For Crooked Crows hand crafted product returns:

If you are unsatisfied in any way, customers have 14 days or 2 weeks to contact us from the receipt of purchase to receive an exchange or Crooked Crows credit in form of equal value to the products purchased.  This includes all forms of sales: online, market or kiosk sales.

Returns Procedure:

Please send the unopened product(s)* that you are unsatisfied with along with the Return & Exchange Form & the original receipt back to:

Once we receive the package, we will then either issue you a store credit or an exchange. Return process time is between 7-10 business days after we received your returned product. Crooked Crows recommends customers use USPS to return products. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

*Due to health and safety policies we are unable to accept products that have been opened rather, send an explanation in lieu of product.

Lost Mail Procedure:

If a package has been lost in the mail, we refer our customers to their local post office to find out if they may have kept it for unknown reasons or try and explain why it may be taking so long. Crooked Crows has no control over package delivery after it leaves our production facility. We suggest you select the proper shipping features during checkout to ensure your package arrives safely.
